Professional experience: Małgorzata Bystrzonowska has gained professional skills working for top-tier law firms, assisting major Polish and foreign businesses in the implementation of infrastructure projects such as wind farms, road investments (the Warsaw bypass road, national and high speed roads), railway roads and subway lines (II Warsaw subway line, Szczecin-Gdańsk gas pipeline), urban architecture. Małgorzata advised, among others, developer firms, State Treasury companies, energy sectors, contract engineers, building investors and contractors, designer and architects firms on real estate sale and management deals. She has participated in real estate audits preceding sale transactions or financing of developer investments (investments in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk). She has assisted in the commercialization of retail and office facilities and negotiated and opined lease agreements. She has advised clients in administrative and court-and-administrative procedures – mainly in real estate and building law cases. She has represented clients in contentious matters relating to the performance of contracts and in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber in public procurement cases.
